Made to measure boots and made to order boots are produced to your requirements and as these are unique,  these boots therefore cannot be sold on to others. For that reason these boots cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may be concerned that you might have taken the foot or leg measurements inaccurately and that you will be stuck with a pair boots that do not fit.

For peace of mind at a small premium this risk can be covered by our Self Measure Insurance policy. If there are out of the ordinary specialities needed, this might increase the cost of cover.

This insurance protects you in the event that due to incorrect foot or leg measurements the boots do not fit . In that case the boots will be replaced at no further cost to you.

This insurance covers alteration cost or replacement only. Only one claim can be made. Postage charges are not included.
