Apply a good quaility shoe polish and rub it in.

Let it go dull.

Blast the boot with a hair dryer at the hottest setting and the polish will seap into the pores of the leather. The boot will start to beam at you.

A wipe over with a dry cloth and you are done.

To get good depth of shean repeat 2 or 3 times.
